Schupp Companies is the operational arm of 
Park Street Development. Schupp Companies is a developer of office and retail space in the Washington, DC area. The Schupp Companies portfolio includes developed and built renovated properties, both commercial and multi-family.
Park Street Development acquires property in Northern Virginia to develop and manage leasing opportunities for commercial organizations. Green field investments are developed and either sold or leased as is the case with the Leesburg property currently under development.
The Sycolin property in Leesburg
is currently being developed by Schupp Companies 
for Walgreen's who is responsible for the construction. A portion of the site is leased by Kiddie Academy, a leader in child care education for more than 28 years. Kiddie Academy is a place where fun and learning experiences are shared everyday. Future plans include retail leases with a Dry Cleaner, Nail Salon, and Chinese Restaurant.
A hotel is planned for a property in Arlington and
is currently under interim management during the transition from the existing commercial property. The seven story hotel will provide short term stays for Government workers. The current site will be replaced with the hotel and four adjacent single family homes to be developed by Schupp Companies.
